OUTSIDE PAINTING 🌈 PART 3 of the village mural OUTSIDE PAINTING 🌈 PART 3 of the village murals and today I did something new! I’ve been painting murals since 2021/22 and I love how different each one can be. Usually o prefer it paint inside, but on this occasion the window had a privacy screen so any art wouldn’t be seen I know a lot of the Americans paint this way, and whilst it takes some patience, especially as it’s not something I’m use to; it does stand out massively! A lot of measuring, layering and patience with the great British weather 🌦️ but happy how it turned out. I have been painting the hall each season, it brightens up the space and is a fantastic way to engage the kids visually. After removing the rabbit from the bunny trail, they wanted their beloved dog Hector on the window. It is going to be a multi seasonal change window, but to start I wanted it to match their logo. CUSTOM TEA PARTY 🩷 ☕️ 🎉 When the lovely CUSTOM TEA PARTY 🩷 ☕️ 🎉 When the lovely @thedairybordon had their window smashed, it didn’t feel right to draw the same bunny again. So I put my creative brain to work, and decided on a tea party scene. Knowing the team love to throw a themed party, Alice in Wonderland with it’s amazing bright colour scheme came to mind. I’ve lived in both Guildford & Oxford, where Lewis Carroll wrote the classic and lived, so it’s also a theme close to my heart. The beautiful world of art ……… @haslewey The beautiful world of art ……… @haslewey Is the perfect community space tucked away in Haslemere. It brings people together, for coffee, clubs and chats. I’ve had my woodland scene up for 3 seasons now. -Autumn leaves 🍂 - Winter snow ❄️ -Summer flowers 🌻 They wanted to add colour to the cafe, and something to make everyone smile. I love how versatile art can be. It has no age limit, it brings joy, and I even found myself day dreaming and basking in the sun ☀️ whilst sipping coffee.
