“I dreamt of being an artist when I was younger”
The path I took after school was very different, but alternatively still lead me to where I was meant to be. After Covid I was made redundant, I was lost, and I never in a million years thought I could make a living painting. It truly is the best job in the world! I’ve been painting murals for the last two years and haven’t looked back. Being able to call this a job is definitely a pinch me moment. With a background in retail, it felt second nature to design and implement my designs. I love how I can adapt each mural to the individual, the size, colour and theme. I’m always learning, trying new things and enjoying every second.
